We are looking for a qualified and driven Health Strategy Manager. You will be responsible for identifying KPIs for our clinical teams and digital products, as well as working closely with technical product owners and designers on digital product design, including but not limited to feature definition, vendor assessment and business logic enumeration.

The Health Strategy Manager will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting engaging, outcomes-focused chronic disease management and lifestyle behavior changes programs. Working closely with clinical operations, design, and development teams the Health Strategy Manager will guide clinical design, training, and support for the next generation of telehealth solutions for chronic disease management.

What Are Your Responsibilities?
- Identify KPIs for clinical teams and digital products
- Ensure that programs are designed and implemented according to U.S. Preventive Medicine policy and recognized national and international standards with appropriate monitoring and evaluation
- Lead staff training sessions on optimal program delivery
- Review performance of care managers and health coaches to optimize quality, including monitoring of recorded communications, shadowing virtual sessions, and delivering formal and informal feedback to team members
- Serve as evangelist and subject matter expert supporting sales and client management initiatives with existing and prospective clients
- Review of USPM technology and services for adherence to established evidence-based guidelines
- Execute continuous quality improvements to foster program enhancements
- Enhance technical and health management skills of U.S. Preventive Medicine staff through ensuring the provision of formal and informal training
- Create and implement ongoing needs assessments as necessary
- Participate in education and training of new staff, assignment of mentors and preceptors, and as subject matter expert on topics presented to new staff during orientation
- Support documentation for medical research projects
- Coordinate clinical editing processes in cooperation with Development, IT, and Marketing Communications
- Identify clinical product development improvement opportunities
- Provide support to clinical training processes
What You’ll Need To Have
- Minimum of two years clinical, managed care, or case management experience
- Minimum of three years developing clinical, population health or chronic disease interventions
- Experience implementing clinical interventions with digital tools
- Experience working in SaaS based healthcare or population health management company
- Well-developed technical and clinical knowledge related to prevention and wellness
- Product management, marketing, or health promotions experience preferred
- Knowledge of ICD-10 Coding preferred
- Excellent written, verbal and communication skills
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
